IT Project Coordinator (REMOTE) W2 Only
Assist product teams managing the budget and details related to financials and resources. Provides support to product teams to ensure teams are resourced appropriately, onboarded, and have the necessary tools to successfully deliver IT solutions.
The IT Project Coordinator will assist product teams managing the budget and details related to financials and resources. Provides support to product teams to ensure teams are resourced appropriately, onboarded, and have the necessary tools to successfully deliver IT solutions. To succeed in this role, the candidate will require excellent time management and communication skills as multiple projects will be managed at one time.
Maintains budget, including capital forecasting and Azure cost management
Performs monthly variance analysis on actuals vs. forecast, and reports on discrepancies to management team
Projects are required to stay in alignment with approved budget or submit timely project change request in accordance with IT’s governance process
Support product teams with business case preparation and submission into the IT governance process
Analyze, track, and report out on product benefits realization
Submits resources requests based on resource demands outlined in business cases or defined by Product Owners and/ or IT Product Manager
Conducts resource analysis monthly verifying product teams charged correct project accounting, reporting any discrepancies and tracking corrections
Supports pre-defined onboarding activities for vendors, consultants, and new PPL/Staff Aug employees.
Assists in actively removing administrative roadblocks from product teams
Works with product teams to develop Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and coordinates monthly updates
Verifies and processes vendor invoices in support of product teams
Bachelor's degree, and 2 years of related work experience OR 5 years of related work experience
Ability to manage relationships with internal IT resources
